| Solo Win | Solo pursuer earns the full Solo BD Lead % of project fee. Win Type = 'Solo Win'. |
| Opportunity Created | Bid Lead earns Lead rate; Bid Support earns Support rate. Same person cannot hold both roles. |
| Opportunity by Email | Flat % of fee (by band) added to shared pool. Pool ÷ 11 = equal share to all 11 team members. |
| Long Term Contract | Entered in Table C. BD = Contract Fee × 0.5% ÷ Contract Years. Both Bid Lead and Bid Support each earn this amount independently. |
| Framework Agreement | Entered in Table D. Flat AED 10,000 lump sum per person. Bid Lead earns 10K + Bid Support earns 10K (if a different person is assigned). |
